Hey, I'm Steven and I'm a Software Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have been building web applications and other software professionally since 2021. Most of my experience is centered around server side development on the backend of web applications. The thing I love most about building software is the capacity to give people the tools to solve problems. I am driven by that feeling of purpose and personal satisfaction that is experienced when one has been puzzled by a problem, invested countless hours and substantial sums of energy, and through a stubborn but powerful refusal to admit defeat, succeeds in finding or creating a solution.

In my current and previous roles, I have continuously been challenged to learn new skills and grow as a software engineer. Some of the projects I have worked on include an ecommerce website, a commercial search library, product data management software, and many more internal business software solutions.
